J&K Roof Coating is located in Holland, MI and has been family owned and operated for the last 21 years. Starting in 2018, out of a need we saw in the market for high quality roof coatings to be produced in a market of ever declining quality put out by most major manufacturers in the industry due to competition, we decided to build our own manufacturing facility. All the raw chemicals we use are manufactured in the USA which is more than most manufactures can say. Whereas it is now common place for manufacturers to use more solvent and add thickeners to give the coating body which in turn decreases the life span of the coating, we refuse to use more solvent than needed and no thickeners. All our coatings must pass a rigorous several thousand hour QUV test before acceptance. All the coatings we use we manufacture from start to finish. We take pride in our work, always striving to satisfy the customer and their concerns. You can have confidence knowing one of the owners will always be on site. We have multiple spray rigs to cover your every need. We specialize in solvent based rubberized and fibered spray on roof coatings for various substrates.
At J&K Roof coating we ONLY use American sourced chemicals for manufacturing all of our roof coating products. We refuse to use off shore sourced chemicals. All our products are manufactured by one person for quality control purposes. Our fibered aluminum is manufactured with HDPE plastic fibers. Whereas all our competitors use cellulose wood as “fiber” in their fibered aluminum coatings, which attracts mold and becomes brittle when cured. Our fibered aluminum with HDPE stays flexible longer preventing cracks and coating delamination. We are the only manufacturer to use HDPE in a fibered aluminum product industry wide.
